Katherine started working as beauty therapist to support herself through university studies and developed exceptional customer service skills, quickly moving into leadership roles in a prominent Brisbane city day spa. In 2007 she began work in Human Resources progressing through in-house HR advisor roles for a number of global mining, construction and building conglomerates, onsite as well as in corporate positions. She has also developed, managed and sold a successful retail business and wrote professional resumes and capability statements for a wide variety of clients. As a human resources professional Katherine has developed excellent communication skills and easily builds positive rapports with a dynamic range of people.
